We will arrange a phone call with you to discuss what you have previously done within your fitness journey and then work with you to create the best version of you.
The sessions are slightly more advanced with some more technical lifts and an extra session each week plus you get priority booking on our app.
Jodie came to use with a purpose to drop body fat, she felt that she worked hard before joining us but lacked accountability and structure within her diet. Jodie does our PEAK package which is 4 sessions a week with us and has lost 10 pounds so far but more importantly has built lean muscle tissue to help change her shape.

we currently run sessions Monday – Friday at 6.30am,7.30am,9.15am,12.30pm,5.30pm,6.15pm,7pm (note some sessions are back to back to ensure spaces) then Saturday we have seasons 8amand 9am, Sunday 9am and 10.15am. Gym is only open 24/7.
all new members are put into groups according to their ability, to ensure the best experience.

Absolutely yes, we sit down with you initially to discuss this and then fit you in sessions that are appropriate for your goals and your body.
Everybody is different, however as a rule of thumb we do say allow for 12 weeks to see the first initial result.
