We currently run sessions Monday – Friday at 6.30am, 7.30am, 9.15am, 12.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.15pm, 7pm (note some sessions are back to back to ensure spaces) then Saturday we have sessions at 8am and 9am, Sunday 9am and 10.15am. Gym is open 24/7.
All new members are put into groups according to their ability to ensure the best experience.
The number of sessions you are allocated is based on the membership page.
After phase 1, we will re-evaluate your goals and then set new ones to keep you progressing. We will do this with another consultation.
All payment is done via Direct Debit and you can sign up by clicking the link to our memberships.
Absolutely yes, we sit down with you initially to discuss this and then fit you in sessions that are appropriate for your goals and your body.
Everybody is different, however as a rule of thumb we do say allow for 12 weeks to see the first initial result.
