Shaid came to us with no direction, he started out at 120kg and in 10 weeks we got him down to 105kg BUT we aren’t finished yet! Shaid as a new starter signed up to our CORE package, where he attends 3 group PT sessions each week and has a customised nutrition programme set for him.
Shaid has support from 4 coaches and is involved with our members community group, where you can feel at ease and apart of something truly special.

FAQ
What are the timings of sessions?
we currently run sessions Monday – Friday at 6.30am,7.30am,9.15am,12.30pm,5.30pm,6.15pm,7pm (note some sessions are back to back to ensure spaces) then Saturday we have seasons 8amand 9am, Sunday 9am and 10.15am. Gym is only open 24/7.
Will I be in a group that fits my ability?
all new members are put into groups according to their ability, to ensure the best experience.
How many times can i book onto a group session?
the number of sessions you are allocated is based in the membership page
After the 12 week transformation is up what happens then?
after phase 1, we then reevaluate your goals and then set new ones to keep you progressing. We will do this with another consultation.
How do you take payment?

I have previous injuries, can you accommodate?
Absolutely yes, we sit down with you initially to discuss this and then fit you in sessions that are appropriate for your goals and your body.
How quickly will I see results?
Everybody is different, however as a rule of thumb we do say allow for 12 weeks to see the first initial result.
