we currently run sessions Monday – Friday at 6.30a to 7pm (note some sessions are back to back to ensure spaces) then Saturday and Sunday we run sessions just in the morning.
Gym is open 24/7.
all new members are put into groups according to their ability, to ensure the best experience.

after phase 1, we then reevaluate your goals and then set new ones to keep you progressing. We will do this with another consultation.

Absolutely yes, we sit down with you initially to discuss this and then fit you in sessions that are appropriate for your goals and your body.
Everybody is different, however as a rule of thumb we do say allow for 12 weeks to see the first initial result.
